St Helen's Church, Dry Sandford

congregation back 2015 -2

Welcome! Our Sunday service starts at 11.15am. Do come and join us.
For over 100 years Cothill House has worshipped at the church and the boys gather for their service at 10am each Sunday in term time.

Services are as follows:
10am: Each Sunday in term time - Cothill House Service
11.15am: First Sunday – Morning Worship
Second Sunday - Morning Worship
Third Sunday – Family Service
Fourth Sunday – Morning Worship with Holy Communion

We miss Tim Perry and his family - much loved in the Parish and who made an incalculable difference to the life of St. Helen’s Church. We are hugely indebted to them. As we look toward the future, we have arranged for Sunday Services to continue each week throughout the interregnum led by guest vicars.

Special Events

Saturday 8th September: OHCT's Ride&Stride 2018 - This is the Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust (OHCT) annual bicycle, horse ride, run or walk with funds split between OHCT and St. Helen's Church, Dry Sandford. Five of us from St. Helen's completed a beautiful 24-mile bicycle route visiting 9 rural Churches. This year's event has more significance to St. Helen's as we face the daunting task of roof and wall repair. Watch a video of our completed Ride & Stride 2018 route from one of our team members:
